Account deletion request
Delete your account in the app
Open the AM38 app, go to Settings, and select Account Deletion. After confirmation, we will begin deleting the account, posts, records, and settings associated with the account.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, contact us at am38@mon-ai.jp using your registered email address or other information needed to verify the account.
Data that will be deleted
We will delete account-linked information such as user ID, display name, profile, posts, reactions, records, block settings, and notification settings.
Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained for the period necessary for legal or operational reasons, payment records, report handling, fraud prevention, incident investigation, or backup management.
Processing time
We usually process deletion requests within a reasonable period after confirming the request. Deletion from backups may take additional time.
