2. Scope
These Terms set the conditions for using AM38. By using the app, users agree to these Terms.
3. Registration
Users may register with Sign in with Apple, Google, or with an email-address ID and password. Standard email/password accounts require email verification. Users must keep their registration information accurate and up to date.
4. Names and Profiles
Users may not use real names, celebrity names, names that identify another person, names that may be mistaken for the operator, or names that include contact information or external URLs.
5. Posts and Reactions
Users may use morning activities, daily theme posts, likes, comments, and related features. Posts must not include another person's personal information, rights-infringing content, inappropriate images, advertising, harassment, or dangerous acts.
6. Photos
When posting photos, users must use images they own or are authorized to post. Users should avoid showing faces, addresses, schools, workplaces, documents, screen displays, or other information that may identify a person.
7. Display and Deletion of Data
Regular posted images and morning display content are hidden or deleted after a set period. However, we may retain information to the extent necessary for safety checks, report handling, usage records, legal compliance, backups, and similar purposes.
8. Protection of Information
Users must not post addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, schools, workplaces, identification documents, location information, financial information, authentication information, or similar information about themselves or others. We work to protect user information through necessary security measures, reports, deletion, blocking, and related actions.
9. Paid Features
AM38 Plus provides additional features designated by us, such as comment functionality. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally handled under the terms of App Store or other payment providers.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not violate laws, infringe rights, impersonate others, disturb other users, use discriminatory expressions, post sexual or violent content, post personal information, direct users to external services, reverse engineer the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with operation of the app.
11. Reports, Blocking, and Suspension
We may review reports and usage conditions and may hide or delete posts, restrict accounts, or suspend accounts. Users may block other users.
12. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion in the app or through our contact address. After deletion, we delete information linked to the account from our records, except information that must be retained for legal or operational reasons.
13. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that AM38 will achieve a user's desired wake-up time, health result, or lifestyle improvement. Except where attributable to us, we are not responsible for damages caused by network conditions, devices, external services, or interactions between users.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms when necessary. If we make important changes, we will notify users through in-app notices or other appropriate methods.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. For disputes relating to AM38, the Nagoya District Court or the Nagoya Summary Court will be the exclusive court of first instance.
